Conceivian is a human potential design and mobilization company. We are on a collision course with old stuckness in our career, teams, and cultures. Originally founded in 2010 as a startup incubator and re-founded in 2020 as an academy for changemakers, we have have been on a mission to provoke human potential with software and wetware technology by cultivating greatly missing skills of action, power, entrepreneurship, and mobilization to important missions in the new dynamic era. We have faith that each human being has a tremendous potential and possibilities as an individual and as a team. We transform career trajectories by helping people gain clarity, gain promotions, gain funding, gain allies, and innovate in the face of breakdowns. Why We Are the Right Team for Your Investment

“Ok, we are the right team because we have been tracking the demise of industrial, educational institutions that have not been renovated for teaching the new dynamic era skills and sensitivities and their failure to prepare people for having profoundly satisfying careers, work, and business, and the power to mobilize change in commercial and non-commercial domains.

We have caught an anomaly of massive retention and engagement issues at enterprises of all sizes, layoffs across the board, and millions more to come.

Our shared love, as a computer scientist that is me, Saqib, who got interested in human potential as a solution to respond to the calling of our times and eras, and a film writer, Victoria, who wanted to write a new reality, and a healthcare administrator, Mareya, who saw the inability to resolving conflict take her home in Kashmir and spreading worldwide.

The three founders came from three unique backgrounds to commit to producing a new experience—a portal of communities, peer groups, expansion, coaching, learning, and preparing for being in action in the world.

Then, the three fellows that joined came from our initial group of graduates of a two-year-long design program where we invented the theoretical paradigm with discourses, exercises, videos, and community as a foundation. Romy comes from producing the highest levels of customer experience at W and Westin hotels, Avi, former head of AI labs at Microsoft, and Rob, a master at selling the future.

It is a very odd anomaly that we will all come together at this time of need in careers, teams, and enterprises, and the same time AI is emerging, which will become the foundation of the game. The biggest contingency of all is that we met and are cared by the legendary management thinker, Fernando Flores and his right hand man at BDA, Chauncey Bell.

While our program delivery is improving, so is our technology, marketing, and the capacity to see and invite our customers. This unbelievable super-team is gathered on a super-mission to transform the planet by provoking the potential of its changemakers.
